Christopher Jones

Game Developer and Designer

I am an experienced software developer with a strong background in computer science, specializing in gameplay programming and mechanics / level design. I have developed and contributed to several games at my current position with The Therapeutic Games and Apps Lab and during my time as a master's student in the Entertainment, Arts, and Engineering program at the University of Utah. I am always eager to explore new ideas and technologies in the field.

Some of the games I've worked on include a competition-winning mobile game to motivate players to exercise, a VR training game for social workers being used by the DCFS in Utah and California, a web browser-friendly physics and lighting simulator, and a PC rhythm game to name a few.

Whether it's designing a level or game mechanic, pitching to investors or a panel for a competition, or programming in C++ or C#, I am passionate about creating and sharing unique and engaging experiences for players!
